Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Legal Terms

  • The reservation of a spot in any program will not be confirmed until the reservation payment has been successfully processed. Once the payment has been made, Aigentity will email the student at the provided email address to confirm enrollment. In case of cancellation, the payment will be refunded, provided that the cancellation is made at least 20 calendar days before the start of the course or program and the reason for cancellation is duly justified.
  • Once the course has started, students may request a change in the program edition or modality only for justified reasons:
    • If requesting a change in the program edition, the student must pay an administrative fee of €250 before the request can be processed.
    • If requesting a change in modality, the student must pay an administrative fee of €250 before the request can be processed.
  • Aigentity reserves the right to make modifications or cancel programs for justified reasons, such as an insufficient number of enrolled students. In such cases, students will be notified at least 5 days before the course or program starts.

Conditions

  1. For students enrolled in a master’s program, Aigentity will issue an academic certificate verifying successful completion only if the student submits and passes the Master’s Final Project. Otherwise, a diploma certifying participation in the program will be issued, but not its successful completion.
  2. Aigentity will provide students with the necessary information for their training in graphical, written, or audiovisual formats. Students expressly agree, during the program’s duration and after its conclusion, not to disclose, share, or publicly reveal any information from Aigentity accessed during the program. Such information is protected under Intellectual Property rights.
  3. Students will have access to course materials, including class recordings, for a period of 2 months after the program concludes. After the 2-month period, access to the recordings will no longer be available.
  4. To ensure fair and authorized use of our educational materials, each user account is intended for individual access only. The excessive viewing of session videos from multiple IP addresses may be interpreted as unauthorized sharing or distribution.
In cases where such activity is detected—particularly when it suggests extreme or abnormal usage patterns—Aigentity reserves the right to suspend the user account without prior notice, unless a justified request has been submitted and approved in advance.
Should this occur, the user will forfeit all rights to access their account and any course materials. Furthermore, depending on the severity of the unauthorized use and the damage caused, legal action may be pursued.
This measure is in place to protect the integrity of our content and to ensure compliance with our licensing and intellectual property policies.
  5. Aigentity reserves the right to make modifications to programs for justified reasons, such as pandemics, extreme weather events (e.g., snowstorms), or other unforeseen circumstances. Changes may include alterations to content, duration, location, assigned faculty, or program modality (e.g., switching between in-person and streaming formats), provided these changes do not significantly affect the structure, quality, or overall approach of the program.
  6. If a student chooses to terminate the agreement before the program concludes, it must be due to force majeure and accompanied by proper documentation. Aigentity reserves the right to review each case individually to determine appropriate measures and potential financial adjustments. If a student unilaterally terminates the agreement without a justified reason, they will be required to pay the full course fee.
  7. Aigentity reserves the right to terminate the agreement and exclude a student from the program in the event of serious breaches of obligations, inappropriate behavior, disrespect, or failure to meet financial obligations within agreed-upon deadlines. A significant delay in the payment of any agreed installment will constitute grounds for early termination of the contract.
